Why the country isn’t going off track. BY DAN VALENZUELA For spring break this year I visited the only college in America that could figuratively say it’s older than Harvard: the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. Fifty-seven years after Harvard’s founding, William & Mary was officially chartered in 1693.
